XTool D1, Lightburn Chatter, Skip, Shudder Problem, Solved?

Doing a test burn before I burned on the actual project canvas. Issue with chatter and edges are way out of alignment. belts adjusted correctly, grub screw tight. 200 DPI at 5 In speed and 70% power. Please comment if you know what's up, thanks!

Saw a post today while looking for something else. Someone complaining about the skip/chatter issue and their fix. I checked it out in my settings and I was fine but maybe worth a look. In the settings (wrench and screwdriver icon) look at "Fast Whitespace Scan". From what I read the recommended settings are 177 in/min or 4500 mm/min. The person in the post I read changed from mm to in and then set the setting to 4500 in/min. to fast. They set it to 177 and said the problem was solved for them.

Not sure if there is an actual issue or if what I found is just a work around. Anyway, if I reduce the speed by 65% the chatter stops. Takes way longer to make the burn of course but at least the chatter is gone. I've seen videos where folks are running their xTool at the speed I originally had set without chatter so not sure what to think.

I'm having the same issue. Nothing I've tried to far has made it stop doing that.
