Incorporate at least one heavy weight day of lifting, every 3rd or 4th day of your routine. This day do reps of 6-5-4-3, maybe 2 sometimes if you really feel good. This type of training will insure you stay strong, and engage the fast twitch muscle fibers. 💪

I keep target at 8 reps, then I add more weight next time
