The sound mix is great; I think I noticed it last episode, actually. I appreciate it! I agree with your idea to show what the harvest was the previous years; it really would be helpful! Your other idea, having a button to show how many workers in buildings, is a very good one. You are doing very well with both money and food supply; most people have trouble with both.
Tip: Did you know you get 100 beef & 100 hides for each cow, bull, or ox age 1 or more? At less than 1 year old, the amounts decrease the younger they are. I think it best to wait if you can. Also, it's good to note the ratio of hides, water, salt, & lime for tanning, It's on the Tannery help button. For a batch of 100 hides (each cow) you need:
1000 water, 1000 bark, 100 hides, 40 lime, 30 salt. You have bought enough lime to cure 2500 hides (25 mature cows!) Also, see if your Resource Supply reflects the ratio.
Warning: both the tannery and the limeworks use large quantities of water. It's best if they are located neat a water Platform. You'll probably want to put in a dedicated well for your tannery, and also perhaps mark the other wells nearby homes for citizen use only.
Lastly, I would like to see you expanding your village toward the lime deposits.
