Editing the Headings and Layer Names ArcGIS Pro

More nuances of Legends in ArcGIS Pro.
Dynamic text changes between contents pane and legend are one way to edit the Legend Text, but you can use the Legend Properties to control which pieces of the layer display.

This is great, but how do you either change what the headings say (for both vector and raster) or remove them completely? Some heading radio buttons are grayed out for no apparent reason at all.

Yes but how I could change the text inside the legend? for example, you have 5.908 .... - 14.424. But I want to have 6 - 14. Is it possible?
