I think it's pathetic that I'm resorting to YouTube for shoe tying instructions.  I can see why this particular shoe might be showcased: tuxedo rental?  In other words, working with what you have.  Too much trouble for me to figure out just how long a lace I need for my shoe, BUT it's always a problem getting the laces to long in the tying.  Cut to chase: Thanks for your video.Update: This technique is perfect.  I'm actually still waiting on it to untie, and it doesn't.

my bikers boot has 5ft. 7inches long elastic laces. If I use this method it will make too many knots which will not make it look good. please upload a video with description of making such long shoe laces.

Good tip, but it only do for me in a real hurry. I cannot imagine doing the same with 60 inches s long shoelaces in suit shoes every day.
Best advice, get the proper shoe lace length.

I cut mine but they've frayed! Shoes should come in shorter laces, every thing else is cut down what you buy!

Throw their shoelaces away they are far too long they should not have even came with those shoes
