My son works in Oakland as an IT engineer. I'm so deeply concerned for his safety. Public safety is a Human Right. I've visited Singapore and a few cities in China. Oakland has a unique tough gun culture in support of the second amendment. A few intentional gun accidents happen from time to time.
The problem in Oakland is poverty. If Oakland gun slingers have money they would be going on vacation in the peaceful resorts around the world.
Money is available but wasted in Ukraine.
