The cooking videos John does are more entertaining than Gordon Ramsay's because there isn't any bullcrap explaining of what everything does, what everything is for, there isn't any over-complicated stuff or long intro, just straight into the point of the video and cooking meat

One thing, always wash your knife after sharpening, you started cutting the meat instantly but I recommend not to since there are extremely tiny bits of metal still left on that knife which can incorporate into your food. Great video nonetheless!
