Leadership is a verb, and it requires action. Don't be limited by frameworks and titles. Get proximate to young people, change your language, and hold yourself accountable. Reject false choices and lean into the power of 'and'. Foster empathy, community building, and storytelling. Stand with and follow the model of leadership demonstrated by young people to fulfill your responsibilities as a leader and stand on the right side of history.
