I have a question I found a couple amulets/gears that say
“2% damage while a barrier/ frenzy/ vulnerable etc. 30% damage”
Does that mean I get 2% or the full 30% I only mention this because I eventually found another one but this had 12%
Im new to Diablo so just trying to to learn more.

most people are uberless anyways with that crap RNG. Almost 500 runs not on selig, starless, shako or GP. 2 Doom and 2 Andriel in 500-600 runs is ridiculous.

See, this is why the gauntlet is BS. I would be willing to make a huge statement and say I'm sure that most of the people who have the 3 ubers did the method where they paid cash, yes real money to buy the mats to farm for the ubers. It is sad that this method is even here. Another feature that has killed the game for me. Knowing that someone can literally buy ubers. Smh, and doing so has pretty much got them a spot in the top 100 on top of using your method or a method a like.
