He is a professional who uses his skills for parties to improve electoral results. Target client segment are those parties which are out of power and desperately aspiring to win. At present any party irrespective of ideology which is against BJP (dominant party) is his (target segment) ideology. Its best (Business strategy) to position himself opposite BJP irrespective of the clients ideology.

He doesn't have a political idealogy for himself. He is engaged by a powerful anti- hindu(India) foreign country which wanted his help to throw the existing pro hindu nationalist government out of power in India offering him some huge wealth and Prime Ministership in return. Since then he has been busy preparing ground for him self lobbying with the congress and then collecting strong regional leaders to fight against Modi. But, of late, he is giving himself to misgivings that none of these leaders would allow him to lead them finally and throw him to the streets again just like BJP and congress.
