so I walk up to the sky on the 42nd Street
I say excuse me you have change fo a twenty?
He says certainly I've five ten fifteen twenty
then I say excuse me I think one of those fives you show me it's really just a 1..
he says I'm sorry honest mistake and he gives me back another five
he takes his one back and i never see him again..
but this guy was good all I had left was 15$..


Just then little old lady walks up to me says she got change for a ten
I says yeah she says fine she gives me the ten so I get my peel off five ten dollars and
I say have a nice day
she pockets the fives and I never see her again..
she was better than the first guy all I had left is ten dollars..


Just a little five-years-old girl walks up to me she says you got change for a ten?
Than says sure she gives me the ten so I get my peel of my fives she says have a nice day
she pocket the fives and I never see her again...
she was better than both of the previous two all I left was five...


So i lose five $, ten $, fifteen all in the course of a New York minute


Just that an old timely gentleman come up to mewho had been observing me and my dilemma
He says son I got to give you some advice first of all always keep your money in a safe secure place
otherwise everybody in this town is going to take you to the cleaners


He gives to me other good advice that day two no matter what always make sure you have always at least of quarter
tucked away somewhere just in case you need to make an emergency phone call..


every old lady had come across no matter how sweet she looks you can't always trust them but the most important thing he taught me was that a fool and his money well they're lucky to get together in the first place then I never saw him again either...
