Why are some stores banning customers from returning gifts?

It turns out a lot of big stores are tracking returns, and if you return one to many item, you could get banned.

We have to rip price tags and any mention of where we buy stuff off presents for certain people so they won't take their kids presents back and try and get the money back. Really sad we had to do this.

If it’s Amazon or eBay I don’t return nothing . Too complicated for me . If it’s something I bought here and close by then yes IF I feel like it .. I’m lazy and prefer to be at home sleeping or watching tv☺️
