Just a suggestion, but for an update later on you could add driver injuries for more realism. This will also provide a chance to make more of your affiliate drivers

I skipped last years game and think this looks like a really great step up from the initial 2022 game. Looking forward to getting stuck in with my new team.
(It’ll never happen but I wish this and the F1 racing game would alternate yearly releases so that each game gets 2 years to cook instead of 1)

Could you add a potential rating system for drivers? It doesnt have to be set in stone, but a dynamic potential range to which the drivers could develop. That'll make scouting a little more important beyond the basic contract and stat revelation. It'll also open our eyes to drivers who have some under rated potential but are ignored for the more common and known high prospect drivers.

Could you add an update where in myteam you can make your own engine and partner up with a company like ford, honda or cadillac to do it and then maybe sell it to other teams to make more money
