So you use this for an injury to hind legs / hip. Usually dog can't stand on it's own with such injury or only stand on one leg. Really needs a zipper or such to make fitting easier.

We've bought this for our boy ready for neuter surgery this week, but we're not sure how to cut the right size and shape in it to allow him to wee but not get to the incision. I can't find instructions for this part on your site. Also can he poop out of the provided tail hole or are we supposed to make another hole?
