As we see in Jurassic World, Blue along with the rest of her pack mates, were able to keep up and even exceed the speed of Owen Grady's bike. Said bike goes at 175 kilometers per hour (108 mph), which is faster than anything the Big One has to offer. Though almost tied in both size and strength, the Big One has a slight advantage. The Big One also gets intelligence as she knew her enclosure's weak parts as well as holding a grudge against the humans as well as planning an ambush on Robert Muldoon. But Blue gets battle intelligence, as she was able to form an alliance with Rexy, as well as distracting the Indominus Rex long enough for her to get the advantage. When it comes to durability and endurance, Blue is clearly superior to TBO (I shortened it here, so that this comment is not going to be filled with me saying 'the Big One' all the time) in this fight, thanks to her being able to survive bites from the Scorpios Rex, Indoraptor as well as getting thrashed and even thrown by the Indominus. She also survived a gas explosion with no injury. Agility also goes to Blue thanks to her being able to dodging all of the attacks from the Indoraptor. When it comes to stamina they are tied, as both show no visible fatigue. Weapons go to TBO because she uses her feet, her jaws and her feet, while Blue uses mainly her feet and jaws. And finally, experience goes to Blue because she's fought Indominus, Indoraptor and Scorpios Rex. So, who wins? In a physical fight, the Big One has the strength, IQ and weapons advantage. While blue has her speed and agility, durability and experience. I'd say that Blue, because of her way superior durability and her being much bulkier than the Big One, is gonna cause TBO some issues. TBO has an advantage Blue doesn't, which is that she's experienced in fighting other raptors. So in my opinion, in a physical fight, TBO would prevail with around high difficulty. But one could argue that it could be an extreme difficulty battle because Blue runs over 100 kilometers, which she has her opponent defeated by a mile. I won't explain and write a full fight, but don't hate it's my opinion.
