Hey everyone todays video is a little bit different but I originally wanted to do a riding video with the yd100 but because of all the ice on the roads it’s to dangerous. So I hope this video at the least kept you entertained and I can’t wait to but that nasty jack pipe lol.

If you enjoyed todays video comment down below and give me some suggestions on what you want to see next!

Thanks for watching

EXCEPTIONAL video, great job!! VIEWERS, keep in mind that the prices shown are in Canadian, so if you live in the USA, the prices will be drastically cheaper.

Great video man. Funny that you mention the p85 with the release from motored life coming out just a few weeks ago. And oh I’ll probably have a video up soon on my build so be sure to check it out. Great job man

Man you really know your stuff! I’m going to be getting that pipe in a few weeks and hoping I have enough clearance.. I have a 1960s schwinn road bike. I recently bought a 110cc and for whatever reason I cant get that thing to run right, I tried so much things to it and its still not much power and always wants to bog down.. so I’m thinking about putting my 80 back on cause that thing runs 100% perfectly.

The stuffers help match the displacement on the intake side to the exhaust side. They need equal displacement. Then fine tune from there. The crankcase volume is part of your intake volume.

So many people have issues with the hub adapters Instead of cutting a keyway notch in the hub & adapter. I used some aluminum shim spacers made from an aluminum pool net handle & super glue & it's held fine. Super glue sounds janky but actually bonds aluminum & steel very well. Cut your 2 spacers/shims to size needed, scuff up the hub, shims & inside the adapter & wipe clean. Get everything lined up/test fit where you need it. Then glue everything together & tighten bolts before glue dries, the combination of the glue & the shims crimping down when u bolt it on keeps it from slipping. Much easier than grinding out a keyway slot.

I’m still using stock sprocket i believe it was 44t, as ive got 29 inch tires (700c) slicks, what i did rn to the engine was balance the crank, and now im waiting for new parts - cnc head, cnc clutch plate from zeda, im prob also gonna try with the iron bore cylinder, for a carb im thinking a pwk19 or a stihl 090 carb as it doesn’t have any jets, but has needles that adjust fuel flow on low end, mid range and top end, and it needs a windowed piston with a reed, after i finish this engine im prob gonna port the cylinder and then im thinking about getting a felt faker frame and doing a good looking bike

Did you ever make the video on the clutch spring mod?

A 50% increase in horse power is a tall claim. Special if it's just an exhaust.

All the pipes on every kit and aftermarket pipes offered fall apart or vibrate loose or break off the studs, no matter what you do.no valves to warp, mine runs just as fast without one and also just add any chainsaw plug and mine runs over 60mph
