Hmm, both of my GMB profiles are already suspended. Both businesses are home-based. For one of them, I had a commercial location. I forgot about changing the location. At the time when I first set it up Google was sending out postcards. When I checked the profile I noticed that visitors had indicated that the business was no longer at that location. So I attempted to change the profile to service area; upon doing so, now Google is requiring a video verification. As I mentioned, it is home-based, so I have no signage outside, and I am in a subdivision. The profile for the other business was suspended, and I didn't know it, and it was already set up as a service area. I haven't been able to find an email from Google notifying me or why. I have business cards, t-shirts, an A-frame sign a few magnets with the company name and logo. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this? I will check all the SM platforms as well. Thx

Owned my first business in MT ❤ 406 born and raised and now in the mess of restarting so many things in GA (including the hassle of trying to properly take down my old business in Montana, which I still get consistent calls from and change my business address on Google and for some reason whenever I log into the account that I am pretty positive I started both Google business listings for, it doesn’t give me any admin type authority over the Google listing and at this point, I have tried logging into all of my accounts to figure out which one I used and nothing changed. any help on getting access to the listing if for some reason it’s not giving me the authority to make changes?

Can I move my business address without losing all of my reviews? I basically worked out of my home but now have a business location that people can actually stop in and talk to us. But I have been scared to change our address do to losing our reviews or getting flagged.

Is it worth it to enter the current temporary address now then change it later? Or should I just start with a service area profile first?

If the business Google listing is suspended do you lose your reviews? I was told to add a new listing to my current account with the new address, and then ask Google to transfer the reviews. I find Google impossible to get ahold of so I hate to depend on them to respond. My main goal is to not lose the reviews I have, if I can change the address on my current listing I would rather do that. Thank you
