They sound great, smooth clean. I really don’t think speakers are any better today. Look at the old Western Electric stuff, it’s fantastic . Wonderful system !

Even with my cheap speakers plugged into my laptop, I can tell they make it sound like he's right there in the room, in the way that the big JBLs and Klipsches and few others can do

I purchased a used set of EV speakers from a local public television station and I am hooked on them like crack. My dream speakers are a pair of LEGACY speakers but my EV sentry sound so good I may consider taking to the grave with me. Just think there are even better EV the thought makes me shiver with delight.

I thought I knew all of the EV's. These design of these speakers have have so much going for them from time alignment of the drivers to large mid and horn to match dispersion between drivers and energy transfer. The efficiency must be fantastic.

15" and 10" with horn? Used EVs for PA and a Fender valve instrument amp before so it's great to see these "Hi-fi" speakers, I bet they could handle a bass Guitar no prob(with a graphic or thre horn unhooked)!!

youtube is not a very good place to demo your EVs , its a low brainer i use EV speakers too but like i say they would sound better in person it is like imposable to get that feeling over youtube your set up is awesome, i have a pair of Aristocrat EVs that i built from plans from Electro Voice and the Sentry 2 I love my EVs i also noticed you have some Klipsch very nice, Paul Klipsch built the Aristocrat back in the 50s plus some other EV speakers EV builds the best speakers on the planet starting in the 50s for theatre and Studio play back speakers, very awesome Sound Sommelier nice job on your EV collection .
