Great video... from where can i get this shirt

I love this video. It's very helpful. I have trouble with applying the magic foil. I do the cold peel, but when I peel it, it doesn't come off clean. There's always some flecks left behind making my design look like the foil is missing in places. Do you think I'm not tacking the adhesive down long enough? I only do it for like 3-4 seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
