Ali is the kind of car salesman that I like to deal with. Very few people like him left in the car sales industry nowadays! Even if he didn't drop the price, just the transparency and level of service would have been greatly appreciated.

One Saturday I visited 4 or 5 dealerships to buy my new Defender 90. The variation in customer service was shocking. I ended up buying from the sales person who was the most human and straight up. Not rocket science.
