Automatic Coiling Line - High Speed -

PS Costruzioni has designed, manufactured and started-up, for one of our Customers, a leading Company in its sector, a high-speed Automatic Coiling Line. This Line can produce up to 9/10 coils per min, each having a length of 100 meters, of single core cable. Coils are wrapped up with thermo shrinking film. This Line is also including all the necessary instruments for cable control and quality, as well as a Labelling Machine. Coils are stacked up (max 5 coils) and bind together in one single package, before reaching the Automatic Pallet Unit.
