Superb information as I was experiencing some of the side affects mentioned. Including loose stool, mild diarrhea and mild stomach pain but I noticed that it was only in the morning when I wake up, immediately feeling these affects in my stomach and then having to rush to the bathroom. After awhile I felt much better. I didn't realize these side affects until researching this video. Thing is that I'm also on a vacation and this is NOT the time to have this problem despite sending an email to my doctor. My only thing is to be careful on what to eat and drink, then take it a day at a time until I can see my doctor in person again. Thanks for the excellent explanation and video!

Z-Pak worked for me a few weeks ago as a last resort to help cure an undiagnosed infection. I immediately felt better by day 2 of the z-pak. Two weeks later, the same symptoms have returned mostly extreme fatigue and low energy. I am considering taking another z-pak because I have no other options. What are your thoughts on taking a second z-pak assuming the first z-pak did not kill off all the bad bacteria?

Upper/lower infection -- Sinus and bronchial- didn't seem to have much of an impact, it's causing my illness to linger. I think I preferred Levofloxacin 500 mg worked GREAT last time I was sick.
