Update: I noticed after spending AGES planning, recording, and editing this video that I missed a couple of things...

1. The section that holds all the post content should be switched from <div> to <section> and the wrapper around the post content should have an <article> tag.
2. I forgot to add the background image to the Author Box, but it's the same process as what we did on the CTA box.

Sorry about that — my brain was mush by the time I finished this!

Hi, great tutorial! Could you explain how you set the hero section to full width while keeping the post content narrower? Thanks a lot!

Thanks I learned many things here. One question, why did you choose to create a 3-column grid for your content instead of using the Layout Element to define left and right side bars? Is there a strategy to this?

Good stuff! I have a question: in the old generateblocks, there was the option to set a background image dynamically from the featured image instead of an image block. I can't find the option anywhere in Generateblocks 2.0. Is it still possible? Sometimes, such as hero images, I'd rather have the image in the css instead of an acual image tag.

Great tutorial and awesome plugin, thank you very much!

The only thing about the dynamism is (for example) in the author box, where we need a condition to completely not render a social icon when its URL is empty! Any way to do that with GenerateBlocks?
