Citlali is now available in Genshin Impact version 5.3! She's seemingly designed as a great cryo support character for a Mavuika melt team... But what if I instead let her do the melting?

I wanted to try out DPS Citlali for myself. And while the build I cobbled together was nothing short of scuffed salad, I am still pretty impressed by her damage. I guess that's what happens when you have a 1200% multiplier...

17:14 it dosnt have less res yes but it has less def because its a lower lvl not to mention that you do more damage to lower lvl enemies and less to higher lvl enemies
