Griddle Tortellini with Sausage and Shrimp 🍤

Onions, jalapeños, and garlic seared and tossed into a naked three cheese tortellini. Seared the sausage and shrimp in wagyu fat then griddle tossed it all together with green sriracha. I got great scores around the table with Mama Bear and Boy Wonder digging it. Not a light meal, but hearty and good!
