My wife bought this because the Swiffer Wet Jet left the wood floor drab and while it may have been clean it didn't look so. Seemed all we were doing was pushing dirty water around.
When assembled I went to the Bissell support page to view "walkthrough" instructions. However, the site did not include this machine. So, being a good scout I tried "chat" with the support system. Might as well have listed to Abbott and Costello's skit of "Who's On First". Support's responses were for everything but what I needed. SUPPORT USELESS. Hope machine better.
