Few things wrong here . 1 place the mat inside the shirt to protect both layers when heat pressing . 2 do not move the heat press when you are pressing. You want to make sure each space of your design is covered when u are moving the heat press like that you’re not allowing for the print to be effectively pressed . Besides that good job keep it up

So vinyl can also be used for custom clothes? Does it last through washes and stuff?

Hey just wanted to let you know you shouldn't press like that. Press lift move repeat. Don't rub it on there. It also doesn't look like you are pressing hard enough. When I used mine I had to almost put all my body weight into it. A actual heat press is way better.
