La canción fue para un grupo creado llamado "The Anti-Heroin Project" para combatir problemas con la heroina en inglaterra. El disco salió en el año 1986, y la canción no era una demo de "Pipes of Peace".

Aún así, es de mis canciones favoritas. Lamentable que hayan incluido otra canción, pero con el mismo nombre, en la edición archive de Pipes of Peace.

Buen vídeo, la canción apareció en el disco Pipes Of Peace Remasterizado lanzado en 1993 pero Simple As That originalmente fue lanzado como single en 1986 y no formo parte del disco original de 1983.
