I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. This solution didn’t work for me. I’m pretty confident that I’ve been hacked and my email and phone number are only recognized by FB to tell me that I am suspended for a policy violation from an Instagram account that isn’t mine. Facebook Security sent me an email asking if that was me and then locked me out with no way to login. What can I do now?
