I am so glad this is a German movie. Before I saw the trailer I thought it would be in english using british actors. A German movie telling a German story. Bravo!

Looks fun! There was a movie made about Beethoven many years ago. And the script was in English. It contained a scene where you could see them rope-lifting a grand piano into Beethoven’s house through an upstairs window. The piano had been brought over from London from John Broadwood. Apparently, Beethoven’s mates bought it for him because they knew he was going deaf and John Broadwood had made a special louder piano for him.
