I think Jaw Jackers or any thing that sets the hook for you are still not allowed in MN. Seems like they are better than tip ups for catch and release, so I don't know why they still are against them.

My son and i went to a high altitude lake on sunday... the fish gods were extremely kind to us... 41 rainbows, 9 really good brookies... was super cold... BUT WELL WORTH IT...
