Not sure if you’re going to see this comment but I have something to say,
Considering how overhaul has this very germaphobic personality maybe he doesn’t like/want to use his feet to use his power?
And maybe he Knows this and is keeping it a secret so Overhaul can escape later, you don’t want to tell the guy that took away your arm then you could’ve use your feet?
He does have those surgical gloves he has on? & Sees having quirk as a disease,
Please tell me your opinion about this I’m curious to know,

Overhaul isn’t NECESSARILY quirkless, he just had to activate his quirk through his hands. There isn’t a reason maybe why he couldn’t activate it through another part of his body, but it would be dangerous because he couldn’t control it as easily which could potentially permanently kill him. So, it would take him a while but the reason why he was so devastated at the end was because he couldn’t bring his master back to a normal state which is what he intended to do when his plan had succeeded. So not only can he not use his quirk, the person who brought him in is now essentially in a never ending coma and it’s all his fault.
