Mickey for president!!!! Can’t wait to see this bad boy done!! Love what you are doing to this civic. Love all the falken and greedy nostalgia you’re putting into the car! Been supporter of yours forever mick. Import tuner days! Showing my age! Haha.

Id like to CHALLENGE you guys to do a build. Pick any vehicle at all, BUUUUTTTT, youve got to build the vehicle in 1 week. 5 days. Choose your vehicle. And pre order all your parts that way you have everything you need already sitting on the bench/tables ready to install. Have all parts, whatever you choose and decide you want to add to the vehicle. Start building and you've got 1 week, 5 days to start the build and finish. After the 5 days and the vehicle is done. Take it to the track so the fans and you guys can see how great it performs and get some baseline numbers. And also take it to the drag strip to see how it does. You should do the track and drag strip with the vehicle stock as well. So everyone can see the before and after stats. This would be the ultimate content for you guys and would be exciting as shit to watch the progress. It would also be a lot of fun for all you guys at the shop. The views on a video like this from you guys would be mind blowing. If you guys really do read these comments, please think about this idea. It would be amazing to see and watch a vlog like that from you and your channel. Keep on wrenching homies!

Here in Australia we retro fit holden/Opel/gm astra electric power steering.
Parts are pretty cheap and surprisingly for Opel stuff it’s pretty reliable.

The steering column UJ's have been tacked in phase with each other. I think I saw the angles of them in the car and they are only small so you probably won't feel it but the phasing you do have in both of them will be added and not counteracted. One of them simply rotates 90 degrees to make out of phase. 😉

I'd love to get my hands on one of those EPS kits for my EK! Not gonna be as cool as this one but definitely a fun mod to have!

Gotta help as far as power drag to. I believe that’s a topic that gets passed up a lot on the hydraulic style setups. Huge power load on the car
