In this first example, Tim shows you the basic principles behind the Mograph Color Shader, demonstrating how you can use this with regular non-mograph objects. He then expands upon this to explore the flexibility of this shader and how you can use it in any channel of your material to create variation in your renders with minimal effort whilst maintining an optimal workflow.

Does anyone know how to apply the Color Shader to the material in the most updated version of C4D (R26)? There's no texture tab under color anymore and I'm super lost :(

This is very helpful! Thanks for the into. I am wondering how I could color clones in alternating colors. I know how to do that with the cloner in "iteration" mode but I have not figured out how to create alternating colors for the "blend" mode. So for example stacking objects on top of each other (linear cloning) and then having every other clone in black where the others are white.

Question, how do you export the mograph multi shader in the game engine like unity?

Hello, can I use materials as shaders in a multi-shader? like if I have materials in my content browser for bricks, gold, and metal can I use that instead of creating colours from scratch? R20 and above, thanks!
