Step 1: Carry out a patch test at least one day before first treatment.

Step 2: Shave the treatment area at least 4 hours beforehand and ensure the area is clean and dry.

Step 3: Plug in and hold the power button down for 2 seconds to start the device—double press to enter 'ready' mode.

Step 4: Switch through the intensity levels by pressing the power button.

Step 5: Press the treatment window firmly against the skin and move in a 'stamp and release' motion along the treatment area.

Step 6: If inactive for 10 seconds, the device will enter 'standby' mode. Hold the power button down for 2 seconds to turn off. Unplug and store.

Bought this two times and both times the RED led did not turn on and followed the instructions in the manual to the tea.I will have to return the second one as well. This simply doesnt work, and malfunctional.

How long does this machine last ? Is there a limit to how many times it can be used before having to be replaced ie 10, 000 pulses ? Thanks

I’ve just received this today. I can’t feel it working at all. Sometimes it ‘beeps’ each time I press it against my skin, sometimes it doesn’t. The instructions are terrible and don’t mention whether it should or should not beep at all. The led that tells you whether it’s working is against your skin when using…is it blue, yellow or red? Who knows! When I has laser in a clinic there was a snapping sensation with each zap and some hair burning smell, with this there is no sensation or smell whatsoever. I don’t even think it’s working. I had an ill machine that felt more powerful than this. I’ve tried messaging customer services but no reply.
