▪️chopped red onion + pumpkin seeds + toasted pecans + dried cranberries
▪️dairy-free feta (optional - Violife - can also sub with regular feta)
🍁vinaigrette
▪️3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
▪️2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
▪️3/4 tbsp maple syrup (or preferred sticky liquid sweetener)
▪️minced garlic + salt + black pepper
