I know right, I’m still in school so I don’t have a job yet but there’s so many things I want to do. Maybe it’s just that I’m passionate about learning and a range of topics, but I can’t imagine only following one thing in life. There’s too many opportunities, and after all, we only live one life! Let idols pursue what makes them happy.

As an idol, your money is split in so many different directions that it can be disheartening. Plus your career is usually run by the company you work for, which can sometimes be to your detriment. Also singing, dancing can be so exhausting. Sometimes your body just gets tired and gives up wanting to do all of that work. Lastly, idols have a very hard time maintaining a career after showing signs of aging. Acting is similar in that sense, but at least there are some roles for older people.
