It's called the voice, so guess what, he's using his voice. People need to stop with this, he shouldn't be on here. He's an artist like everyone else on that stage. He deserves to be on that stage, poeple don't like change.

I'm 55, I have always wondered what the 21st Century would be like, what music would sound like. I've been waiting. The 1980's brought a new sound to the era. Since then music has been a bit bland. Sam Perry is that sound for the 21st Century. It's raw, aggressive, and most of all
disruptive. One exception from the 90's would be Nirvana's Kurt Cobain. I think he would be quite proud of this young man.

I don't understand people here. George called him DJ so people are calling him DJ and not singer. He's not a DJ at all.
He killed nearly all of his performances, he's a very good singer, his particularity help him to shine in this competition but vocally, he's absolutely unique, he has a strong, agressive voice, I kinda like that.

He doesn't need the need him. Agree with some of the comments that everything sounds the same. Same lay up every time and the songs never lift. He never takes it to a point where it kicks down hard. He forgets the hook of the song. He is damn good at what he does though and it wouldn't surprise me if he won.

It is a special talent to create goosebumps no matter the song. He's a wizard of goosebumps and chills. How special is that! Don't know anybody else in music able for that. _/\_ Not sure what the competition is about, obviously he's the winner but I'm so excited that I will hear some more from Sam. :)
