Adobe Illustrator error 'Unsupported Video Driver'

Problem:

Error "Unsupported Video Driver" appears when opening Adobe Illustrator

Solution:

1. Try to open Adobe Illustrator
2. When you get the warning "System Compatibility Report" press the 'Esc' key on your keyboard.
3. Go to preferences, General
4. At the bottom of the General options uncheck "Show system compatibility issues at startup"
5. Click OK
6. Try opening Adobe Illustrator one more time
