Another acronym from the Army you can use beside TTT(Train The Trainer) is the 7 P's, Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance. That goes perfectly with your position on properly planning out your DB from the start.

People like Eli here, are the back bone of what makes youtube and the internet so amazing, free information!! The ability to learn whatever the fcuk you want for free at your own pace. The promotion of this type of business model has transformed our race/species (not black, white, orange, I mean Human Race) in terms of intelligence, OSINT, information access in general and technical ability. We need to support people who are working towards this 'Free Education For All' Vibe!!
For example, right now I honestly can't afford to donate to any channels, even a quid would be too much currently. But, I ensure that I let every ad on channels that I follow and love play through and so the creator gets full commission on that ad impression/view. They either get a considerable amount less or even nothing at all if you click skip on the ad. Courses can cost 7000 8000 GBP. We can all contribute by letting a few ads play through, and especially for such valuable content.
If youre like me and they do your head in, do something on your phone for a min until it finishes.

As soon as I am working fulltime in my new career, I have a list of channels and creators that I have learnt so much from, and I will donate in the future also once I am able.
