Great video as always !! I currently run the Ulterra style I used to have the Terrova but like the safety of putting my trolling motor in the water in big Lake Erie waves instead of crawling up on the front deck . 👍👍👍 I’ll be getting the new version as soon as they’re not back ordered anymore.

Hi there, thanks for this great video. I have a Powerdrive V2 but I’ve decided to go back to my cheap cable drive motorguide because I find that the powerdrive makes enough noise when turning to spook fish when I’m fishing shallow (which is 90% of the time)

My question is, do you think that upgrading to a Terova would provide a quieter experience with the motorized turning than the v2? Thanks!

Great video! I have two questions concerning the Quest Riptide Terrova. First does anyone know the weight of the Riptide Terrova with the brushless motor? I can't find it anywhere. Lastly, I'm the type that will not put a lot of usage on a trolling motor. Mostly use it for spot-lock five to 10 days a year. Is the brushless motor that much better than a brushed motor under low usage? With about $1000 more for the brushless motor I'm wondering if buying a brushed motor Riptide Terrova would be better? I see Minn-Kota sells both on their website.

is there the possibility to connect a lowrance temporarily to the MSI/MDI terrova/ulterra until I buy a bird? I realize if this is possible it will only utilize 2d sonar and not the SI/DI
