Well being from NY I try to give support to my local craft breweries....Coney Island Brewery is one of those middle of the road craft breweries like Port Jeff, they aren't doing anything remarkable but at aren't brewing anything terrible either. Cheers

I liked the "Not Your Father's Root beer", but I also have no point of comparison for hard root beers, because it is currently the only one I've tried. I would like to try the Coney Island one as well, despite the fact I'm not a huge fan of licorice.

I've yet to try a hard rootbeer, it doesn't much intrigue me personally as a non soda drinker for the most part.
