Oh my God, I used to get tonsil stones a lot. They removed my tonsils when I was 38. Most painful two weeks I believe I’ve ever had, but I would do it again and again. I’m so glad to be relieved of those things lol

Hi i am from India. I am 23. I recently got ceramic braces for my overjet..and i have periodontitis 1st stage i guess...i am doing oil pulling..with coconut clove oil and using warm salt water with alum and gum paint which consist tannic acid alum and other ingredients.. any more tips for me..

Halitosis or Bad Breath is caused by VOC, Volatile Organic compounds. Primary reason is Dental Calculus. There is no scientific evidence that Tongue scraping has any medical benefits. If done improperly the subject may end up hurting the dorsum of the tongue. Candidiasis which can be scraped of is treated with antifungal medications and needs diagnosis from a medical/dental professional. In majority of the cases of bad breath which are caused by oro-dental reasons a proper ultrasonic scaling followed by proper regimen of Chlorhexidine mouthwash solves the problem.
