Amen! Love that part about the _"stranger[s]"_ who joined with Israel, being treated _"as if he was born among you"_ (Joshua 10:33, Lev. 19:34). Reminds me of the Blessing in *_Isaiah 56:1-7._* Blessings!

The round altar is Joshua's altar. The square larger altar was built to the original circular altar. The circular altar dates from around 1350s - 1400ish BC and the rectangular altar dated from the 1200s BC. Lead curse tablet found with YHW mentioned twice. Oldest inscription with YHW ever discovered.

Apparently the Palestinian authorities destroyed part of the wall structure I think for a road construction around the site, but the alter itself was fortunately untouched. A sacrilege to such an important place when they fair well know its holy significance for the Jews and Christians alike.
