Multiplication and division in binary is more challenging when negative number is at play. Would be cool to see it done.

1.The answer will be different if considered as signed number.

Because 100011 in decimal is -29 if you consider as signed number.
(If it's signed number, then the expansion of 1101 will become 111101.)

2.use 2'complement is easier to calculate.(but you need to assume that the numbers are unsigned number to match the answer in this video)

That technique is wrong .try 10111-1011. Your style won't get the correct answer.btw answer is 1100
