Internal demand has some odd difference that are ignored in capitalist countries where over consumption is desired to maximise profits, regardless of how shockingly wasteful it is.
For the internal economy, long term warranties are desirable, more than a year and even ten years, products designed to last and not be repeatedly replaced to feed a greed for infinite profits, products should be made to last as long as possible in order to make best possible use of the materials and energy that went into the product.
Recycling, is also far more important for local consumption, why import raw materials to replace what you throw away in a rubbish dump, mine and refine, a range of industrial processes for the recovery of raw materials from waste to reduce imports as much as possible (mine and refine because it should be very much like those processes used in the mining industry, a 'un'-production line, that extracts useful raw materials from the waste as it passes through the line).
That waste does represent a concentration of desirable elements and should run through an extended series of processes to extract those materials out and leave nothing behind but a clean fertiliser, for use in farming, large scale and entirely mechanical, chemical and energy based, back down to raw materials that can be readily sold, the cost of energy plays a major role in effective raw material recycling.
Also some thing being ignored in elitist based capitalism, rural development. Family farms should be developed as family farms as a preference, that mixed intensive rotational farming more sound than single product industrial farming. Higher quality crops are produced, there is less environmental impact and it is better for a more humane society, so prefer that lifestyle and it should be made more readily accessible and some prefer a more metropolitan lifestyle, where most focus currently is. How to make the small scale farmer more effective, more productive, as soc-economically it is far more desirable (large scale farming tends to just concentrate profits, reduce quality and uses monopolistic tactics to force up prices which angers the public which disrupts government).

Questions for china. With capable bureaucracy of developing, why wouldn't they build in rural area? As simple as highway road, or road, or trains & train stations. Wouldn't it making easier for them to distribute manpower?
