The Ukrainians are such good neighbors. They find these expensive munitions that the Russians have carelessly lost, and they return it to the rightful owner without expecting anything in return. Nice folks.

In 2014 I remember watching a Ukrainian workshop operated by drone enthusiasts working out all the ways to fixup drones for military use. They were doing the best they could with cheap components and there were some Americans "observers" who brought good equipment and supplies, they were taking notes and learning from the Ukraine drone enthusiasts.
Ukraine has come a long way and smart use of everything they could get their hands on, they were preparing for what they knew would come one day.
