The 1988 championship of la salle vs ateneo in good old Rizal was the best cheers and jeers. Nobody will sit almost all game time. You will hear the "bobo LaSalle" from ateneo which la salle will counter with " ateneo ba-su-ra". Nowadays mostly chill and comfortably sitting only especially the patron side.

agree, the "wave" started in the late 80s, we were still with Naval ROTC and attended the games with our white gloves, proudly wave our Alma Mater Flag (something that has been missing for a long time), whatever happened to the "strawberry shortcake" cheer??? missed the jeers... ateneo bah-zoo-rah! ... Beat Ateneo! Perhaps, this is mainly due to the shift from being #Angas La Sallista to "chilled La Sallians"... Basta, i never wear any shade of blue for all our Green Archer games.... Wave started, if I remember right, 1989 when la salle vs ateneo was first held at Araneta. The 1st time we captured the uaap crown vs feu .
