It attained worldwide fame after being covered and reworked by British synthpop duo 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐥 in 1981 and has since been covered by numerous groups and artists.

OMG what a performance. Everyone is so committed. The integration of Sweet Dreams was unexpected and jaw dropping. The anger/energy during Sweet Dreams just made the transition back to Tainted Love spectacular and meaningful.
