Proud of you for this!!! It can be so easy to throw in the towel when we’re tired or stressed but you still put the effort in even when you had every excuse not to!!

My hair fell out like crazy and I got acne. My periods are so painful. The hair fall out and acne has been the hardest part. I have tons of new hair growth but I would have to chop my hair to my shoulders to try to get close to the baby hair lengths :/ I literally have a bald spot where men bald… slowly coming back but I don’t like to look at myself much anymore :/

I have PCOS and wanted to get checked for endometriosis. My lips turn blue and I pass out the first couple of days of my period. I talked to a obgyn about checking for it and she told me we can worry about it once I’m thinking of having children lol. 🙃

I have PCOS too and trying to heal myself. I don’t drink or smoke (never an issue) and fixing my relationship with food in the possibility of a chance I can have kids later on.

I’ve got PCOS and Endometriosis and have had multiple surgeries. I deal with a lot of pain including the worst periods ever, but I’m grateful I don’t (currently) have hair loss. You’re doing great and are inspiring me to improve eating habits!

I have PCOS and have been experiencing hair loss for a couple years. I'm about to have bariatric surgery and I hear that causes hair loss too. Worried I'm going to be bald! I used to have extremely thick hair. It grows fast. I cut off about 15 inches every other year just to keep it from getting below my waist.

Dude I love making Mayo tuna lettuce boats!! Sometimes mix it up with cheese or tomatoes or onions. So good and healthy

I tried to get checked for endometriosis because a lot of my symptoms line up and on my period I have cramps to the point of needing a walker or cane to move. My doctor doesn’t want to test me and tells me I should a) stop being dramatic and live with it b) keep taking random birth control pills that mess me up even more (which is ofc also all in my head) or c) take painkillers to deal with it 🥲 i fear doing my own research and changing my diet and overall life accordingly is my only hope

Tuna and tuna salads are SO underrated!!! I don’t have dietary restrictions but a tuna spread over a crunchy piece of fresh bread is HEAVEN.

I had PCOS since I was ninth grade I got diagnosed. I’m 30 now I had endometriosis. My endometriosis was so bad that it damaged my uterus I had to have hysterectomy totally worth it.

I too have PCOS & Endometriosis. I also have Crohn’s. It’s a never ending cycle of pain and misery. At least that’s how it feels.

i don’t know if you’ll ever see this. but i’ve shrunk my fibroids and reversed my endo and pcos. it is possible. i take 1200mg of ashwaganda every single day. i alternate between powder and pressed, himalaya brand. i take an inositol supplement as well. i don’t know the brand i’m so sorry, when i find out ill edit this comment. i take red maca around 3 times a week. and i walk 10k-15k steps in the morning. i walk around 5k at night. all with my son. in the morning, it’s beneficial and proven to reduce cortisol levels in the body. i’ve switched (for 10 years now) to healthier hygiene products. nothing with cancer causing agents. i still smell good lol, even with the organic deodorant bc diet is a big part of the way you smell. i eat chia, hemp, flax every single day in a sugar free cafe yogurt with high antioxidants (these fruit sugars are different and very beneficial for a woman’s body) specifically dragonfruit, açaí, mango, raspberries, star fruit, mangosteen, and noni. blueberries every other day bc they make my stomach hurt some times. it’s possible to rectify the damage done i promise. i make my own rosemary water for my hair and it works wonders. even if this doesn’t reach you, maybe it’ll reach someone else !!
